I think that summer has FINALLY arrived in Minnesota! Even better, I think it may be here to stay. The 10-day forecast gives a promising read of around 80 degrees and sunny, pretty much each and every day. YES! A lot has happened since I last blogged on Friday morning: I had an amazing scone… [...] Hey guys! Mike and I have been pretty busy this weekend, so I thought I would drop by and let you know what we’ve been up to. After throwing around a few ideas of what to do yesterday, we decided to head over to St. Paul to visit the Science Museum of Minnesota. Neither of us [...] Even though we had our special Valentine’s Day dinner out on Saturday night, I still felt that I needed to put together a special meal at home last night. I could not decide for the life of me what cuisine to make. I tossed around Greek, Mexican, American, Chinese, Thai, none of which were appealing at [...] In the past few months, I have become semi obsessed with curry.
