Here is the issue with packing your breakfast, lunch and snack for the following day when you get home from work… The end result is usually a mixture of odds and ends, potential meal combinations and way too many containers. This really isn’t that bad, sometimes I have about 50% more packed goodies than last nights [...] My, oh my, do I have the perfect summer snack, or dare I say it, dessert, for you! Best of all, it is 100% o-natural! You know how much I love my dessert. So, for me to say that the following could indeed be worked into my diet as a dessert speaks volumes. I don’t mess [...] Good morning, world! Nothing like a clean, blank slate on a Monday morning. We can choose to make this day/week good, bad, fulfilled, unfulfilled… you get my point. So let’s make the best of it and have a Monday Funday. Get outside for a walk at lunch, laugh, call up an old friend, do something out [...] Well folks, we’ve made it to Thursday. That has to feel good, doesn’t it? I am pretty excited about it myself. So far today I feel like I am just going through the motions. Nothing new or exciting to report in my world. So we’ll keep things short and to the point! Breakfast is a bagel, [...] Happy Tuesday! I slept like a brick last night, so I was more than ready to jump out of bed when my alarm went off this morning. I headed to the gym for a 45 minute interval workout on the elliptical. Does the body good. I was in the mood for something simple for breakfast this morning. [...] I just pulled a major blonde move. Wow. But prior to the blonde moment happening, I had some delicious eats today. It was mostly a ’snack yourself throughout the day’ type of day today, which most days are for me, post long run. Here are a few things that I did capture though… Pumpkin Honey Wheat [...] Morning all! It is a dreary, rainy, nasty day here in Minneapolis. However, I kind of like it! Sometimes a rainy day soothes the soul What is the weather like in your neck of the woods today? I’ve got to make this snappy because I am going to meet somebody for coffee… a ’secret [...] I’m gonna make this snappy. I think some of the germs floating around this city have infected me . I know a total of five of Mike and my friends that have gone home sick today. What the hay? Not to mention all the sickies at my work. While I wasn’t [...] Okay folks. Somebody is playing a very mean trick on me. The housewarming party we went to this evening had not one, but TWO puppies at it. I can’t remember the breed that our friends had, but one of their friends brought over their Beagle puppy that is 9 weeks old. I think this is a [...] I caught the bug, the cleaning bug that is. Before we get into this post, Sunny wanted to say hi. She can shed like crazy, so we put some blankets on our couch. Sunny is now sitting on my lap as I write this post.
