We have a new addition to the family! :mrgreen: No, not in the form of a human addition but in the form of a furry friend addition. Everybody, meet Caddy, my brothers Lab/Chow Chow mix he adopted yesterday. Isn’t she adorable? She’ll get to be about 40 lbs, twice the size of her cousin, Petrie. My brother [...] Howdy. How is all y’alls weekend going? Ours has flown by, and I can’t wait to enjoy the last bit of it but just had to stop by and check in with the blog first! **Warning** This post is going to be a bit of a novel, feel free to just look at the pictures, [...] It’s the return of Petrie to the blog! I finally took out my camera last night. I know, what a concept, huh? Petrie was one happy pup last night. Actually, I don’t know if she is ever not, not happy, she’s got the life! Her tail was wagging so fast that it is blurry [...] I’m backkkkkk! After an amazing weekend and one long road trip, Mike, Petrie and I are back in Minnesota in one piece. I can’t say I am ‘with it’ this morning, despite the 9+ hours of sleep I got last night. Yikes, I need some coffee, stat. I wish I had a bunch of photos [...] Good morning, and HAPPY FRIDAY! I’ve been a bit MIA this week, no? It has been a crazy busy week, with too much to do and not enough time! Today isn’t just any normal Friday for me. Today is the day that I go to pick up my little puppers! In the blink of an eye, [...] Hey strangers! How are y’alls weekends going? From the sounds of it, my friends who attended FitBloggin had a BLAST! I so wish I could have been there; second best to that is reading all the tweets and blog posts of those events. Maybe I can attend next year? My weekend has been wonderful! But like always, [...] Heyyyyyy there! How goes it? Sorry for being MIA this weekend, we have been out and about the majority of the weekend. We have been hanging out with Mike’s family, seeing friends, running errands, hitting up the gym, and visiting three grocery stores. Yes, three. ;) Muahaha. Whole Foods on Friday, Rainbow Foods (a local [...] Call me lame. I had the remaining dirty rice and ground turkey for dinner tonight. Oh, and with a spinach salad none the less. How oddly similar to both lunch and last nights dinner, you think? At least tonight’s salad was jazzed up a bit. I topped a bed of spinach with grape tomatoes, parmesan cheese, a [...] I’ve had quite the day my friends. I thought it was going to be pretty low key, but boy, was I wrong. My day so far… I woke up after getting 10 hours of sleep. Ate a pre-run breakfast of peanut butter and jelly toast on sourdough bread with Mike, before he headed off to work. (Sorry, forgot [...] Instead of blabbing on about my dinner tonight, I thought I would just go with pictures. And I guess some words. Dinner was spoiled by crackers and cheese before the grocery store. I hate going to the store hungry. Well, mostly I am just going with pictures because I’ve also posted many of my favorite Petrie photos [...] |
